Jessica Roberts, Esquire
Jessica Roberts is originally from Iowa where she graduated cum laude from Simpson College in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Political Science. Attorney Roberts moved to Pennsylvania with her husband and child to attend Duquesne University School of Law.
After being admitted into the practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Attorney Roberts worked as a Law Clerk for Judge Tesla, a family law judge in Beaver County. In August 2008, Attorney Roberts was hired as the Protection from Abuse Coordinator and the Law Clerk for Visiting and Senior Judges in Washington County. In this capacity, she was able to establish a relationship with the members of the bench and the bar in Washington County as well as the employees of the county.
Attorney Roberts joined Mr. Knestrick at Neighborhood Attorneys, LLC in 2011. She concentrates on adoption, termination of parental rights, juvenile dependency and delinquency, protection from abuse, and non-profit matters. Attorney Roberts is also a collaboratively trained attorney for family law and other cases, and in that capacity has been member of the Collaborative Law Association of Southwestern Pennsylvania, the International Academy of Collaborative Law professionals, and the Collaborative Law Committee of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
Attorney Roberts is active in the Washington County Bar Association having served as the President of the Juvenile Law Section, Family Law Section and Young Lawyers Division.
Attorney Roberts previously served as a Master handling juvenile dependency and delinquency cases in Washington County.
Attorney Roberts is married to Craig Roberts and they reside in Washington County with their four children.
