William H. Knestrick, Esquire
Mr. Knestrick is a 2003 graduate of Washington & Jefferson College, where he graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science. Mr. Knestrick graduated cum laude with a J.D. from the Duquesne University School of Law in 2006 and was subsequently admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Knestrick previously worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge John F. DiSalle of the Washington County Court of Common Pleas. Mr. Knestrick also previously worked as an Associate Attorney with a Washington County law firm.
In 2009 Mr. Knestrick established his own law firm, Neighborhood Attorneys, LLC, concentrating on oil and gas legal issues, real property issues, and estate planning and administration. Mr. Knestrick has represented oil and gas clients in hundreds of transactions valued in tens of millions of dollars.
Mr. Knestrick also represents business clients in a variety of legal matters, including organizational matters, real property sales and purchases, and business acquisitions.
Mr. Knestrick represented clients in real property and business transactions totaling more than $5,250,000.00 during calendar year 2020.
Mr. Knestrick is presently the Audit Attorney assisting the Orphans' Court of Washington County, Pennsylvania.
Mr. Knestrick is also a licensed real estate broker in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, specializing on the sale of oil and gas interests. His brokerage is Neighborhood Real Property Services, LLC. His wife, Fahima Knestrick, is also a licensed real estate agent specializing in residential sales and purchases.
